How can you throw out part of the ballot? Not being a lawer, I d say all votes are invalid, meaning you cant certify

The ballots weren't thrown out(Contrary to what the OP is saying)...this race wasn't certified bc the number of irregularities could impact this race ONLY. Richard, and others, are twisting words and distorting facts to whip up more hysteria.

Your conclusion only makes sense if you haven't read the article. They found 139 discrepancies, which is more than the tiny margin of victory in that one election. Your desire to mislead and distract does discredit to your cause.

I think a lot more people than 150,000 voted I think they were too lazy to count them and threw them out. A live in between too early voting tents in the parking lots were full for a week.
