Hi Susan. Last nt, ATL Fire spox told me "PVC pipe," not HDPE pipe. Ill call GADOT Mon, & NYT will correct if wrong. Thank you!

FYI - Google earth pic shows coils under the bridge prior to fire. PVC is too rigid & can't be coiled like that. Thx.
