According to exits, DJT captured a larger % of evangelical vote than GWB. It wasn't because of his 3 marriages but fear of the alternative. It's not just abortion, also support for Israel. If anything, Trump inspires more confidence now on Israel (and abortion) than in 16.

Duly noted. It is a remarkably powerful polemic, and CT is certainly read and respected by many evangelicals. But that doesn’t mean it has the power to change hearts/minds.
