Like the majority of Americans, I have an immediate family member locked up behind bars. My dad is in prison & at the age of 75, he is high risk for the virus. The sample size is ok statistically but I’d really like to see the methodology. It seems far too high.

That study defines "incarcerated" as "spent at least one night in jail". So someone's cousin who spent one night in the drunk tank for DUI and got a fine/probation is lumped in the same category as a serial killer doing life for murder.
