Only after Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea proved they worked despite WHO’s claims.

What about Taiwan
-
Acknowledging Taiwan would mean acknowledging that they’re not part of China. The WHO is afraid to do that and sadly I wouldn’t be surprised if Dawkins is too

Been living in HK 13 years Richard and I can tell you we didn't listen to the WHO. If we listened to the WHO we'd be NY now. We've executed our own pandemic strategy. In particular ubiquitous mask wearing since January.

They followed the reversal of WHO’s guidelines
-
Not a compete reversal though really. The WHO guidelines referred to in the article are those regarding testing, tracing, isolation and social distancing, which HK adopted. The UK would have been far better off if it had done this from the beginning. It chose not to.

Taiwan, with a population of 27 million, and they did the exact opposite of WHO, who repeatedly ignored them.
-
Same for HK, they lock down their borders from China and Macau at the end of Jan which is clearly against WHO guidelines.
