Two "Scholars" from the / UNISEC in India have patented a "PocketQube" device by publishing the design of the FOSSACube published under a GPL 3.0 Open Source License 3 years ago. quickcompany.in/patents/a-pock Apparently other designs are used in the application too.

#FOSSASAT-2 now includes a full magnetorquer 🧲 based ADCS system, a novel EO payload 📸 and a GNSS experiment supported by the ESA Galileo Science Office for studying PocketQube tracking in LEO 🛰️. RF improvements include LoRa IOT store & forward, GFSK and Morse downlink.
