So they can more effectively target so-called "Black Identity Extremists"?? You should focus on equipping activists and organizers with more tools to combat surveillance and improve their understanding of tech and security.

Yeah, no kidding. It seems acting as expert witness for defense, providing trainings to public defenders and other criminal defense attorneys, etc. & letting LE learn-by-losing would be a much more ethical approach.
