[Have been on vacation] based on quick skimming, the r/programming "I'm leaving LLVM" comments are less of a trash fire than the orange website. I knew tOW had gotten bad, but this is truly something.

I do believe that an aggressive "shove inclusiveness down your throat" sometimes hurts more than it helps (not talking about the SoC here). However, I don't have enough background to know whether it was the case here or not. SO I'll reserve my comments, I'm neither sad or angry.

It only hurts if you keep the people with a grudge over it around. Fire/exile/etc. them all and let the people who would have been their victims thrive.

Like I said I will not engage in this discussion In general what you just said is the correct fallback attitude. However, for a specific instance, you need to know the persons and grudge to have a balanced opinion... and I don't. I will not comment on sth I know nothing about.
