I’ve been made aware that a security engineer currently employed at Facebook is likely using privileged access to stalk women online. I have Tinder logs. What should I do with this information?

Simply gathering information online that someone has made public does not meet the legal definition of stalking. You would have to do something that made or attempted to make the person feel unsafe or do something harmful to them such as publishing the aggregated info.
-
It is really the intent or effect of the gathering that constitutes stalking. This is why private investigators aren't guilty of stalking.
-
Weird, you sound like a stalker.
-
If simply gathering info was stalking a lot of my actual job would be illegal. Perhaps my explanation was unclear?
-
Pretty sure there's a difference in "aggregating public info about individuals to do something beneficial like help assess their risks" vs "obsessing over & aggregating info on a particular individual you want power over".
-
Yes there is. Gathering info for the purpose of gaining leverage or power over someone would probably be stalking. But doing it cause ur bored and because it can be a challenge would not be.
