Any platform can have whatever TOS they want, as long as they aren’t breaking the law. Are you saying that if you made a platform, you shouldn’t be allowed to make your own terms of its use?

By all means. Give Google, Apple and Microsoft the right to terminate access to their platform if people do something in some other part of their life that conflicts with their TOS.

Patron in particular is a platform to support creators that make hints for other platforms. So of course they take that content into account.

As does Google and Apple and Microsoft. Why stop at doxing, there is other behavior just as egregious. Isn't it their right to regulate that behavior without warning or recourse?

Two wrongs make a right, apparently? “Well, this person did a worse thing” is not a good argument.

That’s not the argument. The question is why is someone who sexually harassed a minor still on the platform, if the rules matter so much that Naomi posting an already public address of someone not being victimized resulted in her ban?

I don't know what that other person did. If they did something that violates Patreon's terms of service, it would be within Patreon's purview to remove them. I agree with that. Get back to Naomi intentionally trying to doxx another person. Let's talk about that.

Why? So we can equate publicly available information on non-victimized individuals with people with a target on their back having to hide that information for their safety?

I read the article. I'm being genuine, what information did Vice share that would threaten anyone's safety?

Naomi has written a huge volume of tweets explaining that to dense people like yourself who have no understanding of China. Go read them.
