I think it's perfectly okay to mock + ridicule a large corp for bad security practice. But I've seen a number of tweets attacking employees. That's not okay. Please don't do that.

I won't mock or criticize an employee who says, "The official position of Corp. is that..." But when an employee makes statements that appear to be from themselves, even signing them with their name, how are they absolved from criticism?

If I walk into a store, and a salesperson appears to be either dishonest or utterly clueless, do I think: "Oh, not their fault, it's 100% on their employer?l

I think the employer has a serious problem with their hiring practices, and is probably paying way too little, not providing any training, and getting someone unsuited who's just (likely legitimately) desperate for a job.

Also the employer very likely has a toxic workplace that values dishonesty, disrespect for customers/public, and likely disrespect for fellow employees.
