Homomorphic encryption is decades away from being applicable in non-toy uses. It's like saying run your facial recognition in a BASIC interpreter on an original GameBoy.

I hope you'll seek out the real experts in these areas (especially infosec folks) to guide ideas about introducing new tech & raise concerns that non-experts won't know to look for.
