Is there any source that's both nominally-authoritative and actually-correct for locale d_fmt, t_fmt, d_t_fmt, etc.?
Unicode CLDR has all sorts of random verbose & abbrev. variants but none matching up to d_fmt/t_fmt/d_t_fmt expectations (all either more verbose or omitting weekday, etc.)..

And glibc doesn't even have a culturally correct en_US (%d %b instead of %b %e)?!
