If the nerf was aimed just at her, and not at anyone else on the team, it's harassment, not anything fun. If there was a team thing, where nerf darts were shot at each other, it's more ok. But it's super easy to just pick on one person, and given the rest, they probably did.

Yeah, I just mean it's the one thing that, as an isolated incident outside a pattern of harassment, probably wouldn't be criminal or cause for firing. In content, yes.
