AutoSploit is, of course, a good thing for cybersecurity. Anything that makes a script-kiddy's job easier means such systems are hacked then fixed with little actual damage, making them less vulnerable to well-funded cybercriminals and nation-states.

Ok I’ll bite: I’m confused, what is the purpose of this tool? When does ethical hacker/pentester need a tool like this that hits like a carpet bombing? Is it even possible to use it for specific targets without collateral damage? Would appreciate your thoughts!

An arguably-ethical (though generally illegal) use is bricking insecure IoT crap. In that case you only have to target by device type not owner.
