The whole point of that organization is to edit and take video out of context for destructive ends. Aside from promoting it being irresponsible, there's no good reason to believe it's even accurate/not doctored.

I disagree with the implication that the cited tweet supports your claim. As for the claim, it depends on architecture and policy. A good one doesn't give engineers/admins access to prod data.

Whether individual companies are doing this right is a good question that requires legitimate sources not propaganda machines.
