Chrome is doing better than the other browsers here, but the core problem is you need the JIT to be blinding the branch predictor rather than just migrating data out of the process or adding jitter to the perf counters

OTOH Firefox has javascript.options.baselinejit you can set to false. Chrome doesn't seem to.
