Provide all the services and assistance under the sun to them, build them new community centres, etc. This is what regularly happens: victoria/thugs-trash-tarneits-ecoville-community-park/news-story/6f7fbd9da8ac7353d0bf2c7ac036ce98
You have a serious problem with deciding whether to equate people with the governments they live under based on their race...

You have a problem understanding (not always inseparable) culture. Did you know by 1797, the U.S. (since 1786) had paid out more than 1/5 of the entire US national budget as "tributes" to Barbary Pirates, to prevent attacks? Entire reason U.S. Navy was formed & 1st foreign action

Governments and religion are inseparable in many of parts of the world. All part of the doctrine.
-
All part of the faux-atheism-as-a-gateway-drug-for-nazism doctrine.

Sorry, that's not how rules of Islamic jurisprudence and Dar al-Islam (دار الإسلام) work. Muslims living in western lands should be assured the same safety and security as others, and immigration should be managed when safety and security of others is disproportionately affected.
-
Of Muslim majority states: 10 constitutionally Islamic states, 12 declared as official religion (Sharia), 11 constitutionally secular, remaining 11 undeclared. Not all are same. Religion, govt & culture are certainly inseparable for many & just a popular revolution away for some.

Not sure where you got "faux-atheism" from either. I never discuss either my own belief, or others' non-public individual beliefs on Twitter. Not helpful to discussing societal safety. Not encouraged to self-declare anyone else's beliefs anyway. Can recklessly endanger some ppl.
-
Declaring or falsely declaring someone else's beliefs can have implications, incl. severe prejudice. In some places could require them to submit to dhimmitude. For others it could mean death, e.g. if the person were perceived to be an atheist or an apostate (not a "true Muslim").

I didn't even realise that was a different cop to the male one already kicked in the face by other African youths a day or two earlier. Same day another cop was stabbed in MEL. Apparently it's "racist" to not accept locals should keep putting up with this:http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5219687/amp/Inside-Melbourne-community-centre-trashed-African-gangs.html …
