I'm reporting it not working because it's not working. I've never seen this feature before. Maybe it's not working correctly or I'm holding it wrong.
I found a similar report on chromium bug tracker.
In the chromium bug they requested Gerrit fix the nokeycheck (which, according to the report, Gerrit did) so disabling the check might need to be done in Gerrit. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=786395 …
