Are you assuming technical roles? For anything PR, marketing, UX, etc. related, lack of knowledge of SM is a serious show-stopper.

I am talking about people applying for an internship at the embassy. So no, not technical at all. And knowing how to use social media - in the sense of “how do I post” and especially “what should I not post” - is something that should go without saying.
