heh heh rpi3 controlling a 1200gph bilge pump via a FET driver and relay hooked to a 250gallon reservoir tank , watering interval based on PGM driven by NTP servers? not too much work all open source plenty of hacker spaces in Berkley for tech assistance should that be needed!

as a reference point I controlled 4KW of HPS lighting via optically isolated digitally switched 240VAC SSR and 16 bilge pumps via a Sanguino board connected serially to a bifferboard.. sanguino ran BilSlash and bifferboard ran linux to give LAN connectivity via ssh
