Yeah, I do @musllibc, FOSS & infosec stuff. But now is not the time for a mostly-/only-tech Twitter feed.

Why are people suddenly surprised at #NAPLAN results showing 25% of Australian Year 9 boys can't read or write to the most minimal standard of literacy? Feminists took over schools of education and social sciences decades ago. It's not about equality and we're not Afghanistan.

Wow, you went from subtle Islamophobe in denial about it to open MRA neonazi in under a year, I think.

Are you actually familiar with the male/female academic outcome differences in Australian primary & secondary schools and the mass (continuing) exodus of male teaching staff? Boys have no role models they can identify with left in schools. Equality?!

It's a simple fact that schools of education in Australia are now largely 3rd wave feminist institutions. I worked within one. My auntie was a professor in one (also one of the 1st western plus 1st female academics allowed into mainland China), have several teachers in my family.

(Technically I worked in two of them, if you also count a VC's centre of academic excellence and T&L support. But only the actual schools of education showed the distinct gender discrimination).

p.s. Considering my ancestors volunteered to travel across the other side of the globe to fight Nazis, before their own country was even called into war. Including one shot to pieces and buried in a mass grave for doing so; your calling me a Nazi is more than a little offensive.

You don't get credit for your ancestors' deeds.

Sure. It was simply my family's privilege to have sacrificed so many of their best men to defend against tyranny and totalitarianism. I'm sure that didn't affect any of their survivors at all. Tell that to my grandmothers (I'll hold my tongue at worse).
