6/ Since the FCC currently allows all sorts of NetNeutrality violations they believe helps consumers, the current debate isn't about NetNeutrality, but a shift in politics to trusting companies more to act in the interests of consumers.

This is a non-argument. The claim that some NN violations "help consumers" is a false narrative made up by the parties who actually benefit.
