There might be an agreement between the vendor and FB. :-/
There's as least copyright based standing. Users authorize FB to reproduce their content as part of ToS but don't authorize malicious third parties to do so.

Well they'd need to admit that in court. Also I don't think ToS includes grant of right to sublicense like that.

Sometimes going to court isn't about winning but forcing other party to reveal reason you can't.
