Ask these questions before installing browser plugins: * Do you trust the plugin, the author, and their infrastructure? * How easy would it be to own the author or their infrastructure? * Does it have access to sensitive domains? * Does it do anything that you consider dangerous?

Browsers could fix this by making it ToS violation, actively removing & blacklisting violators.
