This narrative isn't easily twisted by "reverse racism" bullshit and gets to the core of the problem rather than the symptoms.

Is there a better word than nepotism for when it's not just family/friends but whole racial/gender/fraternal group identity?

Maybe this can be twisted too though; you really can't avoid addressing the problem that it's systemic and not individual workplaces.. :(
