How about VCs having a "no abusive NDAs" condition as prerequisite for even considering funding a company?
"Abusive" was shorthand to fit in a tweet. Fully written out, would be any NDA covering anything non-technical, or similar.
You have a really good point tho. Too often failure to specify in detail the problematic behavior leads to twisting policy to reversed ends.
