the working title for my set of SH ISA extensions. working some on an experimental expanded ISA and 64-bit mode. getting around to it now...

though, disappointingly, most of the new opcodes I have tested thus far have very marginal effects on code density (a few % here and there).

then again, I guess there limits to adding larger multi-word instruction-forms and expecting the total code size to get smaller as a result.

ADD: meanwhile, if I add operations like "ADD.L R7, R19, R30", "XOR.Q R3, R5, R12", ... it seems almost like it is not really SH anymore.
