Would "unjihadable trucks" using self-driving technology (human in the loop, but Airbus-style, prevented from jihad by software) work today?
This is an oft-repeated unfounded concern. Organ donation is closer to obsolete than human-driven cars are.

Within a decade or two we'll have patient-dna-matched organs from animal and/or 3d print scaffolds. Anti-rejection drugs will seem barbaric.
