To be clear; there are many shady VPNs—especially the "free" ones—but if this becomes law, house wifi should be treated like hotel wifi.

Best way to VPN is to buy cheap VPS hosting & run your own because it's not targeted for surveillance like a VPN provider would be.

Currently a small (plenty for VPN) VPS with 1TB/mo costs just a few $/mo, same or less than VPN services.
