Maybe instead of bikeshedding the color of links GitHub could clearly mark when others edit your comments or use right order for PR commits.

They did start marking comments as edited and they put the last editor (but not all of them) in hidden html title text.

Rust used to use them for marking pull requests as accepted for a CI bot to test and automatically merge back when pull request

reviews done that way (comment on commit) counted as being on the source repository so submitter could edit them to r+ to merge.

They made it so that pull requests duplicate the content into the target repository so that's not a problem now... still awful.
