Google is currently forcing me to use 2FA to login without my consent. NOT happy.

Apparently now 2FA is mandatory if you're logging in from a "new device". Grrrr. Can't find a way to disable.

That's the whole point - I DON'T have it on, and don't want it. But I was forced to confirm login with phone anyway.

Hmm, google (and MS) will do an extra check if they detect a login/access from somewhere "unusual"

"Unusual" is exactly when you NEED to be able to login without 2FA.
