I think you should forbid equality compares of floats since they're meaningless! Just make == have a hardcoded abs. epsilon!

Also you should make NaNs compare greater to all definite values since 'N' > '9'. You know, to match string compares.

Just rewrite x>c as !(x<=c) and now your nan x is happily "greater than" any definite value c. :-)
