Not yet. Need to identify all the possible ways for it to leak before a plan to deal with that can be made.
It could be integrated into AppOps to make it into yet another dynamic permission able to provide fake data.
Need to teach Android to allow adding new runtime permissions without strict handling at API level >= 23.
And needs to be implicitly added as requested permission to all existing apps (could change at new API level).
