Why doesn't Linux have a getrandom() syscall or any of the timingsafe_*() comparison functions yet? Seriously there better be a good reason.

@RichFelker@isislovecruft getrandom() makes userspace arc4random() much easier and more reliable to implement (esp. wrt sandbox/chroot) -
