@profcarroll Isn't the idea here that one party (parent) is making a decision on the part of another & needs to claim authority to do so?
@RichFelker Yes but it illuminates how ad tracking minors ought to be opt-in and authority should be established to permit it not escape it.
@profcarroll I agree the opt-out (vs opt-in) is highly problematic, but obstacle to changing setting for account you don't own seems good.
@RichFelker Even if broken opt-out worked, don't see harm letting users who self-identify as family members opt each other out of tracking.
@profcarroll Is there an option to do the same for your own account just by being logged in? Or is this opt-out _only_ available to parents?
