@patofiero If raise is used it's almost certainly wrong, since raise is _specified_ to invoke the signal handler synchronously if ! blocked. -
@patofiero I don't think the time of delivery for pthread_kill is specified though; I'd have to check. -
@RichFelker Since raise in MT is equivalent to pthread_kill (pthread_self(), sig) per POSIX. I think we need __THROWNL for both.
