Things that seem obviously-right when your goal was to get away from #glibc or uclibc are more ambiguous when you just want to deploy apps.

Not thinking so much about code/compat changes (altho there may be some cheap tweaks with major friendliness benefits) but docs/support/etc.

@RichFelker A bug tracker and a code submission / review tool like Gerrit. Mailing lists are intimidating and stuff ends up being forgotten. -
@CopperheadSec Yes, we very much need a bug/issue tracker. The volume of open requests has grown way beyond what's easy to track mentally.

@frioux Yes and no. Ending up using something you didn't intend to use is only good if it's aligned well with your needs. See: systemd. -
