I've almost got @musllibc to the point where we can use the same *.o files for libc.a and libc.so.

@RichFelker Please don't make it the default. I like my small non-PIC static libc.a even if I have to build the .o's twice. -
@laurentbercot Size diff is something like 2-3% depending on arch. I'd like to offer static-PIE by default. -
@laurentbercot Not sure whether to leave an opt. to build 2 sets of .o's in one run or just recommend 2 separate builds (easy w/out-of-tree) -
@RichFelker Please leave an option. I will consider it a serious regression if getting the same libc as before requires more effort.

@cr1901 You get loading at random address via ASLR. Of course all internal relative addresses are still ld-time-fixed constants.
