Userspace sees process flags "awk '{print $9}' /proc/self/stat" but the PF_ macros to interpret them are in the kernel sched.h, not uapi.
@landley FYI you can't parse /proc/self/stat with just space-delimited fields. First you need to strrchr for ')' since field 2 can have spcs
