@canadianbryan Shouldn't it be easy to switch to tomcrypt and drop openssl entirely without dropping ciphers?

@RichFelker This isn't really about Ciphers.. OpenSSH has internal implementations of aes-ctr/chacha20-poly1305. -
@RichFelker The "without-ssl" option drops stuff like SSHv1, pubic/private key types.. etc.
