Suspending an account may not be the answer. Why not get creative? Disallow the posting of media (even links!) for N days.

I'm not really a fan of account suspensions unless an account is created primarily with the purpose of harassment.

Twitter needs to get more creative about the ways it enforces the Rules. Suspension is a loss for Twitter - they stand to lose a user.

But if there are ways to enforce Twitter Rules without suspending a user, it would be a lot easier to enforce existing & create new rules.

Dynamic rate limits used to existt. I wonder how difficult it would be to reintroduce them & tie them into the abuse system.

@gu3st @freebsdgirl If you do that, getting in this separate space will be seen as an achievement by them & they still attract support.
