Apparently @grsecurity gradm breaks on musl because it assumes 32-bit ino_t on 32-bit systems, which glibc still gives you by default...

This is despite kernel ino_t being 64-bit and modern fs's actually using ino_t values that don't fit in 32 bits.

#glibc needs to EOL _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=32 by first making 64 default, then removing 32-bit except as versioned symbols for old binaries.
