Sortix's implementation of #! doesn't have a length limit (I may add a big one). It tokenizes the command into arbitrary arguments, with support for single and double quotes. Yes. Was made before I realized how problematic that can be. Got a bunch of those issues.

Yeah. It's really a shame that nobody teaches this stuff -- that an interface where the caller requires the callee to perform unbounded allocation, especially in the case where the call is across privilege domains, is seriously problematic.
