On the subject of random floats, I will take a moment to troll two extremely popular languages. Python uniform(a, b): "The end-point value b may or may not be included in the range depending on floating-point rounding in the equation a + (b-a) * random()."
Did you actually mean >b or just ≥b? Subsequent tweets suggest just the latter.
