The current Economist contains a statement that the median salary at Facebook is ~240k USD. That is a statement & a number to ponder, especially with regards to what this implies for the overall economy and the ability to hire if your business model is not similarly profitable.
To think about: If employees could vote to stop doing the most egregiously evil stuff FB is doing by all taking a 5-10% pay cut (which should more than pay for the lost income), would they do it?
