Except AFAIK it doesn't actually work. Read @azonenberg's replies. Anyways, this type of information is readily available for old processes. Getting it to actually work in a garage is a huge time/money commitment, but AFAIK there is nothing stopping anybody.

Even if their specific procedures aren't great or don't work at all, it's still informative with regards to seeing what they're trying to achieve.
