You can't get phished if you don't know any of your passwords. Password managers are another highly viable solution.

True, although you could still get tricked into autofilling from your pwd manager. Nevertheless, my top two recs for personal security online are always 2FA and a reliable pwd manager — completely agree that a pwd manager is essential as well.
