With the @XYZprinting attack on @Creality3D it’s time I began removing XYZ related videos from my channel. Should have done this a while ago but I left them up to help the community fix their machines.

I'm gonna hold out for official word from
@XYZprinting about what's happening. I don't want to react on only one side of the story.4 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

There is no possible word they could give that makes this okay.

I agree, I don't like what's happened. But this "no possible" mentality is what had us unforgivably demonizing
@Creality3D when they violated GPL, an admittedly lesser violation than this. This community has great capacity for overreacting. And again, this is bad.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

Not comparable. Failure to comply with license can easily be misunderstanding. Issuing fraudulent (& fraudulently duplicated) patent claim takedowns is an intentional act of malice.

Exactly. And in that case this community pulled out all the stops in being as malicious and damaging as possible for a tiny infraction. That's why I'm saying, hold back, figure out what happened. You don't think
@XYZprinting is scared of this community? So why would they do this?2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
If you're saying "exactly" you didn't read my tweet.
