      musl should be working on it, but I think we need some discussion of goals & tradeoffs.

          I'd be happy to chime in if I can help. I more or less copied the OpenBSD code into Sortix (having implemented getentropy(2)). I don't protect against pid reuse at this time (but Sortix doesn't recycle pids at this time).
